MICK DOYLE

 

Every so often somebody really special breaks through the barriers from bedroom dj onto the professional circuit. Mick Doyle is one of those special somebodys. It must seem like yesterday that Mick was learning to mix back in 2008 but he has come on leaps n bound since then. His meticulous attention to detail in both his dj sets & production has seen him rise like a pheonix through the ranks to become a true entertainer.

Having debuted his first live set at Meltdown, Mick has continued to thrive, playing at Effective, Oblivion, Mixed-Up Promotions, Burn Out, Whiplash Headliners, Nokturnal, Hioktane, Toolbox & Dublin Dance amongst others, And has held his own with some of the major names in the HDM scene such as Mark Kavanagh, Ian M, Andy Farley, Adam M, Pierce Rooney, Karl Davis, Valex, JoJo, Future Resonance, Allen Pullen, James Devlin, Forbidden Friends, Lucy Fur, Kirsty Lee James & The Tidy Boys, validating his position as one of the best new dj's to hit the scene in the last 5 years.

With such a busy Dj schedule you would wounder how Mick finds time to produce Hardhouse aswell, but he does and he does it without compromise, pumping out anthem after anthem. Since the release of his first track " Do This My Way " on Rise-Up Digital in 2010 and further tracks on Fireball, Vicious Cirlce, Mojo & many more they have been played worldwide, with Djs giving them airtime as far out as Ibiza and Austrailia,  they have also charted highly throughout all of the reputable shops such as Toolbox & Track It Down. 

His production goes from strength to strength, and to-date he has produced some epic collaborations with Ben Stevens & Gary O'Connor  and has had tracks remixed by Small Town's Ben Townsend and Effectives Hunch Man Wizard, which again is testiment to the calibre of his work.  

 

One can only surmise how Micks career & the Rave Rockin Label/Brand  will progress but with future dj sets booked for Tidy Trax & Nokturnal and an ever expanding list of artists wanting to collaborate, and producers wanting trax on Rave Rockin digital, one thing is for certain Mick Doyle is steadily becoming a household name for those who love Hardhouse.
